1.Free shipping only by Austria Post Air Mail (The G.W. no more than 2kg)
2.Item will be shipped within 7 business days.(Holiday excepted)

3.We are not responsible for uninsured parcel lost / item damaged in transit.

4.Before ordering please contact us to confirm your preferred shipment method. Normally, it takes 7-15 business days for arrival by Air Mail.

5.The delivery time is around 3-7 business days to most countries(By Express)

6.Sometimes it would be longer, because of the bad weather, a waste of time in customs clearance. Thus please wait patiently when you do not receive your item on time. If you don't receive the item within thirty days, please contact us, and then I will help you track it.
